The transport of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The shipping way goes through the Japanpost with tracking number. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken for packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.
When you order products from Rose-Kaori for delivery outside of Japan, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package arrives at its destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be at your expense; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact the local customs department for more information. In addition, please note that when you order from Japanzon, you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. Protecting your privacy is important to us and we draw the attention of our international customers to the fact that cross-border deliveries are subject to being opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Please note that once the package is handed over to the postal service, it is under the responsibility of the customer.
We are not involved in the transportation of packages.
Japanzon Co Ltd cannot be held responsible for any additional delay.
If necessary, we will of course provide all the necessary shipping documents for the smooth process of shipping.
Since July 1st, 2021, Europe imposes for all the sendings that the parcels are taxed with the VAT, and this is not the responsibility of Japanzon Co Ltd, but of the buyer.
You must therefore pay the import fees of your country of residence.
Taxes are estimated at 20% of the total amount of the package contents and delivery charges. A handling fee may also be added.
Japanzon Co Ltd is under the Japanese law, and is not concerned by the European laws. Therefore, in case you refuse a package because you do not want to pay the import fees, the package will be returned to our logistic center. It will then be possible for you to request a refund but only of the product(s) ordered, the shipping costs not being refunded in this case.
With all these new regulations and the global health crisis, it may be that the delivery of your order is delayed and this can in no way be our responsibility.
Thank you for your comprehension,
Japanzon Co Ltd
